New Year Celebration in Sweden

All people celebrate the New Year's Eve of their way, and countries have special places. Like in Sydney, Australia, at the Opera of Sydney or Dubai at Burj of Khalifa. I'm going to explain about the Sweddish way and show you the best places where to celebrate it.
In Sweden, the last and new night of the year is not for a night party's or chimes like Spain. In Sweden you must have a great dinner in that night and there are some ways and places to do it.
You can eat in Skansen, a symbolic museum located in Stockholm. You have dinner with your family outdoor with music and fireworks. Fireworks are players because they are in all places. If you like the romantic way, you should have dinner in a cruise boat, with a luxury dinner or champagne or if you love music you must listen to the cathedral concerts.

1.Punta Cana

One year ago , I decided to go on a trip with my girlfriend. This was our first trip together, so when we both had holidays we caught a plane from Tangier we were completely excited. The trip was going  to last 1 week but I convinced Lucy to rest there for an another week.

Punta Cana is a place situated east of the Dominican Republic. When we arrived we took a taxi to take us to the resort. The first thing we did was to rest for a long period of time. The resort was  an elegant place when a lot couples spent their holidays, met new  people, took a lot of  interesting photos, but the most amazing thing  are their perfect beaches an their exotic food. I love sunbathing so I think I've come to the right place and we went out same nights. We went snorkeling and  we did Windsurfing. We visited Manati Park Bavaro  where we saw shows of seals, dolphins and dancing horses.

I spent there the best two weeks of my life with Lucy. She just loved it and she would love to come back another day . It was an unforgettable experience.

2.The Dominican Carnival

This event , for one month , is bursting full of colorand tradition with events, parades and competitions are held regularly.
The truth is that the tradition grew in February 27, 1844 and August 16, 1865 , to the point that almost since then our carnivals are held on these dates , In theother sector , the country each year also celebrates Carnival with the famous traditional Carnival Gala to be held in the theater La Fiesta Hotel Jaragua , a beautiful show with a great artistic production, which includes excellent coreography, set design and other attractions.
The most popular costume, known as the limping devil Consist of a suit bright colors covered with mirrors and bells and used with a devil mask , usually we With many horns and teeth .

The Dominican Carnival Is A More Colorful Traditions and Celebrations More Cheerful Dominican Republic.Whereall the Dominican people goes in the streets of the city to dance, share and enjoy acelebration of joy.

3.Cry Freedom

Is the story of South Africa's freedom. It begins with the story of a friendship between a white South African editor and an idealistic young black leader who later dies at the hands of the South African police.
But before Biko dies, the attention is centered more around Donald Woods , the brave newspaper editor trying to change the world, rather than Biko. Woods, after initially thinking ,Biko as a "black racist", changes his views after a personal meeting with the black leader,Woods takes on the cause against apartheid and goes to great lengths to promote Biko's view of equality among the white and black populations of South Africa. Woods started being banned by the South African police and threats of imprisonment and death to publish his story and Photos about how Biko was murdered in prison.
The story has a happy ending: Woods and his family arravied safely to England, where he was able to publish two books about his experience.
Personal Opinion :Generally, watching injustices such as the apartheid that occurred in South Africa in film, let me feel bad things like   the scene which showed a whole bunch of South African children being gunned down for rebelling against being taught a "white".

Tokyo - Zaid Bousdar

Tokyo is well known of its incredible culture and food but in this presentation I will only talk about its most visited place. In a near future if I have the chance I will talk more about its culture.

Writing

Last month I went on a school trip to Tokyo with my classmates. I was impressed because I had always wanted to go there. We arrived at night and we checked in the hotel.

The next day we visited the Imperial Palace and the Ueno Park. During the evening we had dinner on a restaurant on th Omotesando Hills District and then we returned to the hotel.

I never imagined that the next day was going to be the worst of all. Qfter having breakfast, we decided to visit Mount Fuji. We took the train to Subashiri. When we arrived, our Tour Guide, Hideyoshi told us about the past of the mountain. Then we entered the forest. We split up. Our group decided to go back to the the station but we never reached it. Then we realized that we were lost.

We stayed on the forst during the rest of the day. We also slept there. I woke up in the morning. We were hhungry. We decided to try it again. We failed again. That day we couldn't sleep. We felt that something was stalking us so we decided to move to another place. In our way I hurt my arm because I had slipped.

The next day the police found us on the Wood and rescued us. I was taken to the hospital. Later, we returned to the hotel. As Hideyoshi told us, wer were lucky to return to the city again because a lot of tourists who had been lost commited suicide.

The trip ended happily. We returned to Tetuan and our lives started its routine again but I will never forget Hideyoshi's words.

Shougatsu (New Year)

Shougatsu (New Year) is the most important celebration in the japanese culture. Shougatsu is celebrated during the fourth first January days.
Shougatsu was a national celebration since a lot of time. At first it coincided with the chinese calendar but since 1873 the date of the celebration was adjusted to the gregorian calendar. During the days before the celebration, people do a thorough cleaning of the house to purify it and prepare it for the upcoming year. People usually prepare typical food. It is also typical to decorate the house with traditional furniture.
For years japanese people celebrate this important celebration. It is the costum to have dinner with the family. Shougatsu is for japanese as important as Christmas is for christians.
